When are invoices created?
Invoices are created automatically when you book a hunt. The invoice pulls in all the hunt details, pricing, and any additional services you add. You can also create estimates before confirming a booking.
Can I send invoices without the booking package?
Yes. You can send the invoice as part of your complete booking package (with waivers and SmartForms), or send it separately via email. You can also download a PDF to print and mail.
How do clients pay?
If you've connected Stripe, clients see a "Pay Now" button on their invoice. They click it, enter their payment info, and you receive funds directly. No account creation required for the client. You can also record manual payments for cash or checks.
How do deposit requests work?
Click "Request Deposit" from any client's record. Choose a flat dollar amount or a percentage of their balance, add an optional message, and send. The client receives an email with a link to pay online.
Can I invoice a group with one invoice?
Yes. You can send a single invoice to a group leader for the entire party, or create individual invoices for each person in the group — whatever works best for your clients.
Does HuntDocs sync with QuickBooks?
